Our air-conditioned enclosed space is perfect whether you’re hosting a small business dinner, family gathering, wedding rehearsal, or a large party. Private Event FAQs
Lunch events are three hours. For dinner, your event concludes once the restaurant closes. Additional hours are available at an added cost. Guests may temporarily decorate the space for the event as long as the decorations are non-permanent. Guests are responsible for both the setup and removal of decorations within the allotted event timeline. No glitter or confetti allowed.
$500.00 deposit due at booking, fully refundable up to seven days before the event.
50% refund if canceled 4-6 days before the event.
Deposits are nonrefundable if you cancel less than four days prior.
Select one of our signature menus, priced per guest. We also offer a variety of great additions, from appetizers to handcrafted cocktails.
Tables can be arranged in a variety of ways to accommodate your event. Our Event Specialist will help you plan the best setup for your occasion. Additional cake or gift tables are available by request
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in our Solarium.
Final guest count is due three days prior to the event. The minimum required food and beverage purchase amount will be listed on the contract and is final.
If the required minimum is not met with the food and beverage purchases during the event, the amount of the unmet minimum will be charged as a fee. Unmet minimums can be met with purchase of additional food and beverage selections for dine-in or to-go. Unmet minimums may not be met with gift card purchases.
All payments are finalized on-site immediately upon the conclusion of the event. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and Pappas Gift Cards. No separate checks, please. Tax and suggested gratuity will be added to all parties.
We work hard to offer our guests outstanding service and accommodating dietary requirements is part of that service. Please share your dietary restrictions or special requests with your Event Specialist, and they will help you determine which items are appropriate for you to order. We will do our best to accommodate you.
